WinCapWEB Employee Self-Service is used by Greece Central School District employees to access their payroll information, deductions, leave balances, and attendance. To access an established account, type in your user name and password to review your personal information.

IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS

1095-C update 
Previously, large employers such as the Greece Central School District were required to physically send a 1095-C to each of its full-time employees.  The 1095-C indicates whether or not our full time employees were enrolled in medical insurance.  While the information on these forms may assist in preparing a tax return, the form is not required to complete your taxes.   In December, the Biden Administration passed the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act.  This new law adopts flexibility for larger employers in disclosing their Form 1095-C to employees.

Employers can now meet their form 1095 distribution requirements by posting a notice of availability (this notice is posted on the Greece Central School District website under Staff/ESS/Tax Documents) and only distributing forms upon request. The Greece Central School District must furnish the 1095-C to a requesting individual within 30 days from the date the request was received.  Therefore,  you will not be receiving a paper copy of your 1095-C unless you request it.  All requests should be made in writing/email to Katie O'Toole 750 Maiden Lane Rochester, NY 14615 or email  (katie.otoole@greececsd.org).
