The Office of Facility Operations & Planning includes:
Buildings and Grounds
The Buildings and Grounds office is responsible for the maintenance of all building systems, cleaning, snow plowing, athletic and turf maintenance, emergency repairs and disaster coordination.
The Central Stores office is responsible for the receipt and distribution of all administrative and maintenance supplies for the district along with mail, courier and logistic services for Greece and the surrounding area. District employees can complete a courier request form by clicking here.
The Facility Use office is responsible for the coordination and management of all facility usage by both internal and external clients for all of the district facilities and grounds. To complete an online facility use request, click here.
Planning and Architecture
The Planning and Architecture office is responsible for the oversight of all in-house construction, capital projects, energy management, asbestos and hazardous materials management, oversight of district facilities safety and code compliance and related testing and inspections.
