RECERTIFICATION PROCESS
Recertification for the following SPRING sports will open on February 18:
*Baseball *Softball *Girls Flag Football *Boys Tennis
*Lacrosse *Track & Field *Varsity Unified Basketball
Students participating in athletics during the 2024-25 school year must have an up-to-date physical.
A health examination is valid for 12 months through the last day of the month the exam was conducted.
A parent/Guardian email address MUST be used when
completing the online recertification form
FORMS WILL BE REJECTED IF A STUDENT EMAIL ADDRESS IS USED
