The staff at Paddy Hill Elementary School works collaboratively to promote an atmosphere of learning that encompasses inquiry, critical thinking, and risk-taking so that all students confidently advance toward College and Career readiness. Our staff fosters student development in order to maintain and/ or build self-esteem, self-respect and social-emotional well-being. We strive to have our students, families, teachers, and community members actively involved in our students' learning.
