Positive Case Notifications for the Week of November 22

 November 24, 2020

  • An Athena Middle School student who was last in school in March; 
  • A Pine Brook Elementary School student who was last in school on November 13;
  • A Paddy Hill Elementary School student who was last in school on November 17; and,
  • An Olympia student who was last in school on October 1.

November 24, 2020

  • A Buckman Heights Elementary School student who was last in school in March;
  • A Pine Brook Elementary School student who was last in school on November 13;
  • An Athena Middle School student who was last in school on November 9;
  • A Paddy Hill Elementary School student who was last in school on November 16;
  • A districtwide employee who was last at work on November 24; and,
  • An individual who last worked at Pine Brook Elementary School on November 23.

November 23, 2020

  • An Olympia student who was last in school on November 20;
  • An Olympia student who was last in school in March;
  • A Holmes Road Elementary School student who was last in school in March;
  • An Athena High School student who was last in school on November 16; and,
  • An Autumn Lane Elementary School student who was last in school on November 6.

November 21 and 22, 2020

  • A Lakeshore Elementary School student who was last in school on November 10;
  • An Odyssey Academy student who was last in school on November 16; and, 
  • An Arcadia High School student who was last in school on October 27.

The district is working with the Monroe County Department of Public Health to identify any close contacts. Each affected school building will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. At this time, we expect to be able to safely welcome all students and staff back to all Greece schools and facilities tomorrow.

Per privacy guidelines, no additional personally-identifying information can be shared about the individuals who tested positive. Anyone identified as a close contact will be personally notified by a health department representative. All others do not need to quarantine or be tested at this time.

Please stay home if you or your children are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nasal congestion, or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.
