Parents of students entering sixth grade can apply to schools other than their home attendance school through the Secondary Option lottery process. Click “read more” and complete the linked form if you would like your incoming sixth-grader to attend a school other than Olympia. 

Applications are due by December 12, and families will be notified of lottery results by the end of December. No action is required if you would like your child to attend Olympia next year. If you have questions about the lottery process, please call 966-2304.

Please Note: Enrollment is subject to space availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, if your child receives Special Education services, their specific program and school placement will be determined through the Committee on Special Education (CSE) process.
