    Please follow these steps BEFORE calling 966-2222

     

    For Safe Schools, Desktops/Laptops (not Chromebooks), Frontline, Web Help Desk (help requests)

     *** SAFE SCHOOLS CURRENTLY REQUIRES 24 HOURS FOR RESETS TO TAKE EFFECT ***

    IF THE RESET PAGE DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU, DO NOT CALL 2222--FILL OUT THIS FORM AT bit.ly/gcsdstaffpassword

     

    For Chromebooks or GCSD Email

    • Call 966-2222 from 7 am to 3:30 pm M-F.  You will need to provide information to verify your identity. 

     

    For WinCap Employee Self Service or Infinite Campus

    • If you have access to your GCSD email, then click the "Forgot password" link in ESS or Infinite Campus.  Please do NOT call until you have tried this. It can take up to 10 minutes to get the reset link via email (check your spam folder)
